Dave was eating dinner with his mom and some guests. Rain poured down onto the house as the light dimmed above them. Then, he looked at one of the guests. He was acting strangely, with small twitches every few minutes, and his voice was distorted.

Gradually, Dave saw that the signs became more frequent. Then, the guest stood up, grabbed a raw steak from the fridge and started to chomp down on it. He then excused himself and went up the stairs. Dave also went up the stairs, following the guest.

The guest headed to the guest room. Dave slowly peeked around the doorframe and saw that it wasn’t a human…

Dave carefully and quietly grabbed a nearby bat. Then, he rushed in and whacked the creature on the back of its head. Dave checked the creature, pulled it to the window and threw it out.

He then headed downstairs and sat with the guests, knowing that he would be fine for the rest of the day.

However, he didn’t know that there was more than one…
