Abrham strutted through the halls of his golden mansion. It was cool looking, with bedrooms for everyone. He sat down in front of his huge TV and watched the World Cup. He enjoyed a Big Mac. He noticed a chilly breeze drifting in  through the cracks in the door. Had he left a window open? Nah, it must just be  a draft.

As the second half started, he heard a noise. A strange splashing sound. Was it the neighbour washing his car? It was so late!

He looks out the window and sees nothing. But he kept watching. He said “Aww man, my team lost. We lost.” Then he heard  a bark from his window. He checked the window.

He saw a black dog that had red eyes, veins all over of his body and sharp teeth. Abrham closed the window as quick as he could. Then, he hid under his blanket. He heard an earthquake. He called 911. “What is happening?!” the cop shouted. The dog was making the earthquake. Abrham was so scared. He opened the door. No one was there. He closed the door, but the dog was behind him. Abrham was so scared.

He ran to the kitchen. The dog was chasing him. Abrham rushed to the fridge and got a bone. He threw the bone into the dog’s mouth so the dog was happy. Then Abrham said, “Phew! The dog is chill now”. While the dog was distracted, Abrham slipped through the door like a ghost. At last, he was back in the lounge room watching the World Cup. With his now cold Big Mac. All was right in the world. As Neymar scored the last goal in the final minute of overtime, winning Brazil the World Cup.

Abrham heard scratching at the base of the door, wondering if it was his cat.

But Abrham doesn't own a cat…
